You can deposit a check into your CCU account using the camera on your mobile device.
- In the navigation menu, select Mobile Check Deposit
- Select To Account
- Select Amount and enter the amount value of the check
- Select Capture Image
- Select the camera icon in the top right-hand corner and take a clear photo of the front of the check
*Guides on the screen help you to align the check for the image
- Select the camera icon and take a picture of the back of the check.
*Before taking a photo, endorse the check with a written message: “For Mobile Deposit Only CCU”. Must also include all payees’ signatures and CCU account number
Submit Deposit and a notification will appear indicating the deposit was successful.
*If the image of the check is blurry, you can select Retake Front or Retake Back to take a new picture
- Navigate to Menu > Transfers > Activity Center
- Select Deposited Checks and the mobile deposit will appear as a Submitted check/
*Select the Submitted drop-down icon to reveal check details such as check image and confirmation code
