How to pay off your loan

To payoff your loan simply choose one of the payment options below, whichever is most convenient for you.

For Home Equity payoffs, please call us at 877.275.2228 for further information.
Please contact us at 877-7PAYOFF (877.772.9633).

Mail Credit Card payments to:

Please include your credit card number on the check.

Mail all other payments and payoffs to:

Please include your loan account number on the check.

Automatic Transfer

In order to set up an automatic electronic payment from another financial institution, you will need CCU’s routing number along with your account number for the specific loan.

  • The Routing Number of Consumers Credit Union is 271989950.
  • How to find your loan account number:
    • On a Mobile Device:
    • Use our app via a Mobile device
    • Select Accounts
    • Select the applicable Loan
    • The full account number is listed in the Account Details section
    • On Desktop:
    • Log in to Online Banking from a desktop
    • Locate the Loan in the Loans section
    • Hover over the ID number
    • The number displayed is the full account number for the loan
Bill Pay

In order to set up payments from another institution's bill pay service, you will need the same information as above. Please note that this method (bill pay) is not always electronic and there may be a delay in delivery of your payment to CCU. For more information on this process, please check with your other financial institution.

How to get an auto loan payoff amount

It's easy to obtain the total payoff amount for an auto loan. Simply click the link below to get started. The information needed for the payoff amount includes the loan account number, vehicle identification number (VIN), or social security number associated with the loan.
