Consumers Credit Union's (CCU's) Privacy Statement

CCU recognizes the importance of protecting your personal information. Therefore, we have put together a privacy statement and approach that respects and addresses your needs. We reserve the right to change this Statement from time to time. To familiarize yourself with these changes, please, check this Statement periodically so you are comfortable & understand the changes.

Consumers Credit Union does not share your Personal Information with nonaffiliated third-party companies except as disclosed in our Consumer Privacy Notice. Your information is shared with business partners in order to maintain your account, process transactions, and in normal business operations, for example to print statements, etc. We share information with affiliates to offer you with related services that CCU cannot provide such as insurance or investment services.

Mobile Banking

CCU offers mobile banking on your Apple or Google Android device for your convenience. The CCU Privacy Notice (PDF) applies to your online banking and mobile applications.   

Additional permissions are requested to facilitate some services within our mobile banking applications. 

  • Camera: Allow access to the device’s camera for Remote Deposit Capture
  • Contacts: Allow access to contacts on the device for Zelle person to person requests
  • External storage: Allow access to files/media on the device for Secure Messaging and to send / receive attachments
  • Location: Allow access to location for maps
  • Audio: Allow access to the device’s microphone for Chat services
  • Phone State: Allow access to information about the device for device identification for security solutions
